Atomic Rocket. The Rocket (A) can move 1 or 2 squares to any direction (and can to capture in this range, of course) and can to jump any adjacent piece. If exist a enemy piece in the landing square, it will be captured. White mates in 2.

Solution: 1 Ae7! (am. Ac5++)
In spite of repeated mates to any black move (Ka5 or bc6 or Ka7), it only exist by the A. If the A was replaced by a Q, then the mates disappears. For example:
a) 1... Ka5; 2 Qc5+, b5+ (but 2 Ac5++)
b) 1... bc6; 2 Qc5+, Kc7 (but 2 Ac5++)
c) 1... Ka7; 2 Qc5+, b6 (but 2 Ac5++)

Try: 1 Ab7+?, Ka5!; 2 Ab5+?, ab5 (but 2 Qb4++)
